I want to share something that I think shows that we are not in a “bad” place in life. I want to share that I have been thinking a lot lately and that I’ve been thinking a lot about what I want to share with you all.

Not so. With each new hire, they all have one “big picture” goal – to make sure that the office runs smoothly. That’s not the case with this office.

We are doing well at the moment. We are making good progress in the office. We have a nice office with nice people. We have a good boss and everyone wants to do well. But then the worst thing happens, and we all realize that the office is not working well. A bit of a surprise, but not surprising. In fact, it’s exactly what we expected. Our managers have been doing their job, but something has gone wrong with their office.

For example, we expect the manager to know this office is supposed to be a place where people like themselves, are a good fit, and they have the right skills. Unfortunately this office is not a place where people like themselves, are a good fit, and they have the right skills. Instead it is a place where people go to get their job done.

The same holds true for our office. The manager is supposed to be a good fit for this office, and we expect her to know it is a place where people like themselves, are a good fit, and they have the right skills.
