I find when I’m stressed out on any level, I am less able to focus and focus is a skill that everyone will benefit from. Stress is one of the biggest contributors to stress related diseases such as stroke, heart attack, and diabetes. It can cause anxiety and depression, which can cause you to take unhealthy risks. When you’re stressed out, you can’t focus on anything and everything is going to go wrong.
