We often feel as though we are somehow “not good enough” to be here in the first place. We get that feeling from all the things we have to work through in our daily lives. To not have to work through anything we have to endure. We get that feeling because the world is so damn unfair. We are constantly disappointed, we are so close to the end of a race and life is just taking it’s toll on us.
When we’re not given the chance to be good enough we’re always feeling crappy. It’s that feeling that makes us feel that way. It’s the feeling of not being worthy. It’s that feeling that makes us feel like we’re not worthy. It’s the feeling of not being worthy until we get what we want. It’s the feeling of not being worthy of the life we choose.
I don’t mean to make it sound as bleak as the last episode, but a lot of times, when we feel like we’re not good enough, are we really that bad? We feel like we could do better, but that feeling is a very real feeling that it can’t be changed. If we’re not good enough, we don’t deserve anything more than what we have.
This is something that I have found myself really going through for people and myself, people who have been in some of my classes over the past couple of years. We are often told not to feel sorry for ourselves. We are told that feeling like we did something wrong is a sign of weakness. However, I don’t feel that way. The feeling of not being good enough is actually a very real feeling that it can be improved upon.
People who have had this issue often get the idea that they are not good enough, but that is just something we are really good at, so we shouldnt feel bad for not being good enough. To be good enough is not a quality that someone can have, even if they want to. All we can do is make sure that we are doing a really great job, even if we don’t feel good being that good.
This is why I believe so strongly in getting into the mindset that we should have good self-awareness. It’s a goal worthy of the name. It is the way that we feel about ourselves. The way that we feel about ourselves is a reflection of the way that we think. And as much as we can control the way we think, we can also control the way that we feel.
It seems obvious to me that the key to happiness is to feel that we are good enough. But the problem is that to feel good about ourselves, we have to have a mindset that is focused, and is focused specifically on the way we feel. If one person can’t get a boyfriend, someone else is going to have to get a boyfriend. If one person can’t get into the military, someone else is going to have to get into the military.
The problem with this mindset is that it is very difficult to change. We’re programmed to think that we are good enough and have a certain level of competence to succeed at anything, but we often don’t change our mindset.
People who cannot control their feelings will go through life feeling the way they do. In fact, we humans are the only creatures who are not programmed to feel.
We are also programmed to be good enough to live without having to be good enough to survive. It is so much easier to live a life without having to be good enough when you just know.
