This is because you are putting your body in danger, since you will put your fluids to use as fuel. The best thing you can do is to drink a lot of water, and make sure you consume enough of it.
If you drink enough water, you should probably avoid drinking any liquid or food that contains a lot of sugar. SUGAR WILL KILL YOUR VISIONARY FRIENDS AND ALCOHOL WILL KILL THEM.
